Testing and Verification Methodology

Documentation review and a protocol for future real-world measurements.

Intel documentation was reviewed on 2026-10-05. Current TechPowerUp release details could not be retrieved, so this edition does not claim a latest version. No Windows installation, controlled performance test, malware scan, signature check or FileDrop payload hash verification took place.

Future test protocol

  1. Record exact CPU/system model, BIOS, Windows build and software version.
  2. Record package origin and verify the actual file against a trusted matching reference.
  3. Save the stock configuration and keep automatic startup disabled while diagnosing changes.
  4. Define the workload, duration, sensor labels, sample interval, ambient context and power source.
  5. Keep original observations, screenshots, workload outcomes and missing evidence.
  6. Compare matched sessions and list every changed condition.
  7. Record instability honestly and preserve a recovery plan. Do not disable security or thermal safeguards to complete a demonstration.
  8. Publish actual measured results only after testing.
